Alexis Smith

Alexis Smith serves as F&M’s Chief People Officer and leads the Human Resource Department with over 25 years of HR, training and organization development experience, across multiple industries.

Smith joined F&M in 2020 as Vice President, Talent and Organization Development Manager with a strong focus on building company culture through talent management functions, including talent acquisition, leadership development, HRIS systems, organizational development and total rewards.

She received her BA and MA from the University of Toledo. Smith has a passion for creating an environment where employees can bring their best selves to work every day.
