With four years of experience, Maddisen has excelled in tailoring loans to people based on their need, situation, or story. Maddisen also handles every potential issue directly with the realtor, title agent, etc. This is so a customer will never have to face a problem themselves. She also puts following up with customers and weekly check-ins first. Additionally, Maddisen is very familiar with the entire mortgage process. Previously, she has worked at the front end of the process, decisioning/underwriting, and closing giving her a wide range of knowledge. She chose F&M because of the collaborative work environment and the opportunity to learn from others while refining personal skills.
